I grew up with a very active lifestyle of hockey, skiing, and skateboarding. After college and a year working on a farm I encountered debilitating back pain. Rolfing helped me on my journey of integration. It helped me to be more upright and to relate to my body in profoundly unexpected ways. Immediately after my first few sessions, I knew I had found my calling.
I graduated from the Dr. Ida Rolf Institute in 2016. Since then, I have been practicing between Boston and Norwalk, Connecticut with a diverse clientele. I’m consistently fascinated by the natural intelligence of the body and continue to supplement my education through apprenticeships, somatic meditation, Functional Range Conditioning, and yoga. I’m honored to be a new resident of Oregon, and find great joy in serving the community.
