Senior Instructor at Dr. Ida Rolf InstituteĀ®

Russell Stolzoff has been a RolfingĀ® Structural Integration practitioner for 34 years. He is a senior instructor at the Dr. Ida Rolf Institute where he is one of only 11 instructors worldwide to teach the Advanced Rolfing Certification training.

As a teacher he is passionate about helping practitioners to develop their skills in order to become more precise and effective. As a practitioner he is continually striving to improve his own understanding of the body and his ability to help clients live more comfortably in their bodies.

Russell helps clients of all ages and occupations with issues related to pain, movement and performance.

Jenny Rock
Certified Advanced RolferĀ®, LMT

Jenny Rock has been a Licensed Massage Therapist for 34 years, a Certified Rolfer for the last 22 years, and a Certified Advanced Rolfer since 2017. Jenny received her BA in Psychology from the University of Central Florida, has trained as a Life Coach with two different schools, and has taught personal development workshops.

Through bodywork Jenny helps clients recover from chronic pain and injury. She is passionate about helping people to reach their goals, remove blocks, and catapult forward, whether through bodywork or teaching and coaching.  Jenny currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Dr. Ida Rolf Institute, and previously served on the Oregon Board of Massage Practical Exam Task Force.
