Jenny Rock, LMT
Certified Advanced Rolfer ā¢

Lic# LMT- 19379
I began my life as a bodyworker in 1988 when I attended massage school while completing my BA in Psychology. As my practice developed and expanded over the years, I found that my preference was for deep tissue massage which helped people recover from pain (chronic and acute). That love led me to become a Certified RolferĀ® in 2001, and then a Certified Advanced RolferĀ® in 2017.
I have recently added extracorporeal shockwave (ESWT), radial pressure. It’s been amazing so far with tendon issues, plantar fasciitis, frozen shoulder, scar tissue, and bunions. I’m excited to see what else we can do when combining it with RolfingĀ® and manual therapy! Here’s the device I use, and you can read more about it on this website: https://www.curamedix.com/orthopedics/devices/orthopulse-ultra-100
I have been using cold laser and have found it to be a wonderful adjunct to sessions. Here is the cold laser that I use: Erchonia XLR8 cold laser.
Before becoming a RolferĀ® I trained in many bodywork modalities, including Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular Therapy, cupping and guasha.
I seem to have a knack for blending the science of bodywork, the art of listening to my intuition, and years of experience in a way that has helped many people.
I have also trained as a Life Coach with two different schools (Coach University and The Field Project). I’ve also trained and taught personal development workshops.
In all aspects of my work with minds, bodies, and spirits, it is my passion to help people remove blocks and catapult forward. Whether we are doing the Rolfing Series, or session work outside of it, my goal is to help you while youāre on AND off my table.
I am honored to serve on the Board of Directors for the Dr. Ida Rolf Institute.
I believe that every person possesses an inner wisdom regarding their bodyās needs. It is my practice to trust that intuition and work within that framework. I do this by combining my expertise and experience with your inherent understanding of your own body in a way that will serve you the most. We work together as a team to help you get the most out of your body, so we will discuss your goals to develop a plan of treatment that works best for you.
Over the years I have combined my training and experience in a way that maximize results for each client on my table. My work is considered deep tissue, and to be clear, itās as deep as your body will LET me go. I never work past your pain threshold, but rather inside it. Yes, even with Rolfingā¦ rumors about Rolfing being incredibly painful are just that ā¦ rumors.
If you are looking for a relaxing massage, that is not me (schedule with James or Danyele). It is my goal for any bodywork to be the best thing you ever experienced, so letās discuss what you want and need.
RolfingĀ® is my main focus, but I do a few other things, too:
1) Shockwave therapy – ESWT or RPW (radial pressure wave only)
2) Cold laser
3) Cupping and guasha
4) KinesioĀ® Tex Tape
Whether we are doing the Rolfing Series, or session work outside of it, my goal is to help you while youāre on AND off my table.
Although all RolfersĀ® are trained in the Rolf Method, we all bring a little something different to the table. To see what you can expect from me, please click RolfingĀ® Series with Jenny. Always feel free to reach me directly with any questions you have.
