Help your neck recover while you sleep! Purchase from their website directly or from Amazon.
Correct Toes
Silicone toe spacers to help you naturally correct your bunions and hammertoes while you stay active!
Miracle Balls
This set of 4" yoga type balls are great for self massage and trigger point work so that you can relieve pain at home!
Davinci Tool
Great for cervical traction at home! The red one flexes a bit, and the blue one is firm and will not bend. You can get both, or just buy one. Here’s a link on Amazon, but shop around for sure:
Foam Roller
The white versions are typically best for beginners or people in pain, since the firmer foam rollers can be too intense. This is similar to the one I have in my office, but you can buy them in many places. This is just one sample.
Supplements
Supplements vary in quality. These are some great companies that have high standards.
TikTok
These are some great educational videos from my friend and colleague KaylaAnn McGowan. Enjoy!
Pettibon cervical traction wedge pillow
Home traction to help restore your cervical curve. This can help with pain reduction and healthy nerve function (especially if you have pain down your arms from nerves in your neck).
Silicone cupping set
Easy to use cupping for home use. This is the silicone set that I have, but there are many others available, too.
