I have been a Licensed massage Therapist since 1989 and a Certified Rolfer since 2001.  I have also trained in Myofascial Release and Neuromuscular Therapy, as well as many other massage modalities over the years.  I focus on deep tissue massage and bodywork that helps people quickly heal from acute and chronic pain and injury.  I call my unique blend of Rolfing, Myofascial Release, and Neuromuscular Therapy “medical massage.”

Used on a collegiate swimmer client(butterfly) for injury right before a competitive meet. Yes, she won. (2012)

Cupping on my 8 year old son in Dec 2011. He loves it.

I also utilize cupping and guasha, finding that these two modalities are wonderful adjuncts to everything else I do.  Whether we are doing the Rolfing Series, or session work outside of it, my goal is to help you while you’re on AND off my table.
